Within the framework of the state task to organize and hold events at the regional level to summarize the experience of introducing and implementing innovative technologies in the organizations of technical and vocational education, NCJSC “Holding “Kasipkor” plans to hold a workshop on 15 June 2018 on the topic “Practical-oriented approach as the condition for the formation of professional competence of future specialists” on the basis of the “North-Kazakhstan Vocational and Pedagogical College”.
The regional workshop is aimed at the exchange of pedagogical experience in practical-oriented learning as a condition for the formation of professional competence of future specialists, improvement of professional competencies and increasing the efficiency of engineering and pedagogical workers in the system of technical and vocational, post-secondary education (hereinafter – TVET).
Representatives of education departments, employees of TVET departments and centers, heads and pedagogical workers of TVET organizations of Aktobe, Akmola, Kostanay and North-Kazakhstan regions, representatives of the regional branch of NCE “Atameken” were invited to participate in the workshop.
200 people will take part in the workshop.
At the plenary session of the workshop, it is planned to consider issues of the development of the TVET system in the North-Kazakhstan region and modern approaches to the preparation of competitive specialists in Kostanai, Akmola and Aktobe regions.
In the second part of the workshop it is planned to hold practical classes, master classes in thematic sections, translation of the experience of directors, teachers and masters of industrial training of TVET organizations on the organization of a dual system in the training of technical specialists personnel for the agro-industrial complex, as well as the discussion of professional issues of the formation of students in accordance with the requirements of Worldskills standards.
