In particular, the organization of the German-Singapore Institute of Technical Education (together GIZ and the Government of Singapore) – was the beginning of the formation of the TVET system.
This project has grown into the best organization of Technical Polytechnic in Singapore (Association of the German-Singapore Institute, the Japan-Singapore Institute (JICA) and the French-Singapore Institute).
