Within the framework of the project “Modernization of training and retraining of personnel taking into account the needs of the economy 3.0”. with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, NCJSC «Holding “Kasipkor” together with the Higher College APEC Petrotechnic Atyrau on November 3, 2017 (from 09.00 to 17.00 hours) conducts a scientific and practical conference “Translation of the experience of the APEC Petrotechnic Higher College”. The conference will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputy akims of regions and cities of Astana and Almaty, heads of regional education departments, directors and teachers of colleges from all regions of the country.
The event is part of a set of measures aimed at broadcasting the best domestic experience in the training system and identifying new growth points for the training centers of the modern formation.
Main reports of the conference will be devoted to the discussion of practical experience of the Higher College APEC Petrotechnic in the application of new innovative approaches in the organization of the educational process in terms of:
- the prospects of creating an international educational hub in the oil and gas industry;
- Approaches to the organization of the educational process, oriented to the needs of production and the labor market;
- selection of pedagogical personnel and application of innovative methods in improving their qualifications;
- development of entrepreneurial potential of educational institutions through the implementation of commercial projects.
The conference will address issues related to the creation of the WorldSkills Kazakhstan Skills Centers, whose mission will be to apply new tools in the organization of the training process and the implementation of WorldSkills Standards in the educational programs of the TVET system.
