On June 10, 2017, a workshop was held on the theme “New Approaches to Training Teachers” in the Zh. Mussin Kokshetau Higher Kazakh Pedagogical College under the Education Department of the Akmola region in accordance with the REMA work plan approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with NJSC «Holding «Kasipkor».
The objectives of the workshop: Discussion of updated educational programs on qualifications 010101 3 “Educator of preschool organizations”, 010102 3 “Mother-teacher (foster parent), 010103 3” Pre-school teacher with knowledge of English “specialty 0101000″ Preschool education and training”; 0105083 “Teacher of primary education with knowledge of English” specialty 0105000 “Primary education”.
Participants of the workshop: Specialists of the NJSC Holding Kasipkor, pedagogical and humanitarian colleges of the Republic, representatives of the social partners of the college, teachers of foreign languages department, informatics, pedagogy, psychology and private disciplines.
At the workshop, the director of the college, Candidate of Philology, corresponding member of the APS of Kazakhstan, Akhat Nurtas Akhatuly, drew attention to the content of the activities carried out according to the work plan of the training and methodological association. The deputy head of the Education Department of Akmola region Gamazov Valery Georgievich acquainted with the achievements in the field of education of Akmola region and with innovations in the field of TVE. The Chairman of the Board of the NJSC “Holding” Kasipkor”, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Arshabekov Nurgali Rakhymgaliuly expressed his opinion on the problems and quality of training of teaching staff.
At the meeting of the working group on the above specialties the heads of the pre-school department A.Smailova, the department of primary education K. Mukusheva, the English department A.Sabyrova proposed the projects of educational programs. Heads of the departments of pedagogy, psychology and methodology of private disciplines B. Batanasova, a foreign language A.Shekerbaeva acquainted with the content of the educational programs of the named specialties. At the meeting after listening to the opinions of specialists from regional colleges, the participants came to a common opinion.
Taking into account the opinions and recommendations of the workshop participants, it was decided to present educational programs for these specialties for consideration and approval of the republican educational and methodological council.
